Intentional Error™ Answering Questions Before You Even Ask Them

Welcome to the BeigeBot™ help desk. No tickets. No queues. Just answers.

What is Intentional Error™?

Intentional Error™ is a UK-based satire apparel brand making unisex tri-blend graphic T-shirts and parody ceramic mugs for people who feel lightly colonized by the algorithmic future. We roast AI culture, tech overlords, surveillance, and workplace compliance with designs that look clean and hit sharp.

What does “Beige” mean?

Beige is compliance dressed as kindness. It’s the soft tone of HR trainings, corporate emails, and emotion-tracking dashboards. Beige is consent without clarity.
Our bots wear beige so you don’t have to.

Are your designs AI-generated?

They’re AI-assisted. Designs start in AI tools, then get edited, recolored, and formatted by a human until the satire lands and the print holds up.

What kinds of products do you sell?

We sell unisex tri-blend graphic T-shirts and glossy ceramic mugs. Most tees are crewneck short-sleeves in oatmeal, white, tan, or grey, because satire works best when it fits comfortably. Our mugs are printed on both sides, so the joke works in either hand.

What is the BeigeBots™ collection?

BeigeBots™ is our satire line skewering tracking culture, automation creep, biometric obsession, and corporate compliance theater. Think retro-futurist “safety posters” for surveillance tools nobody asked for. Funny, sterile, and disturbingly familiar.

What is The Overlords collection?

The Overlords reimagines Silicon Valley’s power class as divine dystopian icons. It’s tech-elite parody in neo-religious portrait form, built for people who’d rather laugh at power than worship it. This is a living collection, with new icons added as the tech pantheon keeps evolving.

What is Mug Mania?

Mug Mania is the sip-able wing of the store: double-sided ceramic parody mugs featuring AI satire, tech culture critique, and influencer-era brain rot. Dishwasher-safe dissent for your desk.

Are you using AI or mocking it?

Yes to both. We use the tools, and we mock the culture that treats them like a moral authority. Wearing satire beats screaming into the void.

Why satire?

Because fear shuts people down. Laughter keeps people listening. A funny graphic tee disarms faster than a white paper.

Where are your shirts made?

Our shirts are printed on demand through vetted production partners. No warehouses, no bulk waste, just soft tri-blend tees printed when you order.

What are your shirts made of and how do they fit?

All tees are soft tri-blend crewnecks (cotton, polyester, rayon) with a unisex fit. They generally run true to size. If you like a looser feel, size up. Always check the sizing chart on the product page before ordering.

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. All mugs are glossy ceramic, printed on both sides, and safe for microwave and dishwasher use.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

Right now, Intentional Error™ ships only within the continental United States.

All products are made to order and typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. After production, estimated U.S. delivery is 3–8 business days.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Carrier delays are rare but possible, and unfortunately not something we can control.

What is your refund / return policy?

All of our products are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at BeigeBot@IntentionalError.com with photos and order details. We’ll review your claim and work with you on a replacement or refund. Photo proof is required for all claims.

We do not accept returns for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or minor color variations due to screen display differences. Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We are not responsible for existential dread, algorithmic despair, or other non-physical damages.

What if I don’t get the joke?

That’s okay. It just means the bots haven’t flagged you yet.

How do I join the resistance?

Easy: Wear it. Share it. Gift it to your favorite skeptic, engineer, or doomscroller. Every purchase funds the next dispatch. Every shirt is a tiny, wearable breach.
