Refund policy

All of our products are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at BeigeBot@IntentionalError.com with photos and order details. We’ll review your claim and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Photo proof is required for all claims.

We do not accept returns for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or minor color variations due to screen display differences. Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We are not responsible for existential dread, algorithmic despair, or other non-physical damages.
